Need a coach to motivate you through your workouts or to get you started? We will work directly with you to achieve your goals. We can help push you past your comfort zone. Session held at your convenience.
1-Hr Partner Personal Training
Two people with similar goals trained together. Both participants must register individually.
Initial Assessment
The Initial Assessment is designed to provide us with an opportunity to observe the body when it is stationary and moving which allows us to begin the program development. We use a combination of postural and movement analysis to determine strength and weaknesses. We review previous medical history and present complaints. This information is used to develop an individualized program for each client.
1-Single 60 minute session per person
Virtual Training
Virtual Training Plans are created for the goals set by each individual. Plans are created on a weekly basis for a 7-day period. Plans start on Monday and ends on Sunday.
