Our wellness coaching specializes in building expertise in areas related to health, wellness, and fitness while relying on relevant theories and methods from the coaching field. We utilize processes to guide, support, and motivate clients to make lasting lifestyle changes. Through movement (fitness), nutrition, mental and emotional wellbeing, recovery and regeneration, and coaching that will enable you to make positive transformation changes in your lifestyle. We also offer health coaching using herbal remedies of plant medicine that may include CBD and cannabis related products. If you are not comfortable using these products, that is okay! We can navigate all areas using traditional coaching regimens to get you started on your lifestyle transformation.
